Bambrough and Lindisfarne

Continuing with Day 06 of our trip to Northumbria. Before we set off to Lindisfarne we decided to go down to the beach at Bambrough. Then onto Lindisfarne we caught the Link Bus to the 'Castle'. The castle is National Trust. The young lady at the castle gave a very interesting and clear history of Holy Island and the castle - that's actually not a castle.
