Dusk on the Tate Modern Viewing Platform

Getting towards the end of an enjoyable day we found ourselves near Tate Modern. The viewing platform has a nice cafe so we all decided to take a trip up there, have a cuppa and a cake and enjoy the view at dusk.

London Street Photography

On Sunday 7 of us from the Cambridge Camera Club visited London with the prime reason of going to Tate Modern to see the Sir Elton John Exhibition of the Modernistic Photographer he has collected from photographers who where 'masters' before the 1950's. A most excellent Exhibition, a must to see if you are in London. We left the Tate and had a bite to eat and then walked over to St Pauli and from there we took the tube to Brick Lane, a well known street photography opportunity. As we arrive at Brick Lane it started to rain so we decided to have a cup of Tea. As time was getting on, some of us decided rather than venture out we would return home.

These photos are from that walk to and from the Tate and then onto to Brick Lane. I decided to convert all the photos to monochrome.

Well Done to Mark for organising an excellent day.
