I took my new Infrared Camera to Welney the other day and took some landscapes.

CCC Visit to Welney WWT
Last Friday 11 people from the Cambridge Camera Club visited Wildfowl and Wetland Trust (WWT) at Welney on the Hundred Foot Bank to see the Swans and other birds. In the morning we stayed at the hide near the visitor centre. Then in the afternoon we walked down to the Lyle Hide. We managed to see Whooper Swans (who had arrived from Iceland) Mute Swans (who are resident here all year), Teal, Wigeon, Stonechat, Lapwing, Pied Wagtail, Geese and Snipe. Two birds I saw but no pictures where a Kingfisher (the first time I had seen one in the wild) and then as we where leaving I did see a Barn Owl which was really exciting.
Afternoon at the Lyle Hide.
