Hampshire Holiday Post 03 - Insects, Drips and Flowers

Still at Uppark House and after lunch I had a wonder in the formal gardens. I became quite fascinated with the green leaves with water drops on so I fished my Macro Lens out and took some images. I attracted quite a bit of interest. I had my camera bag with the 'kitchen sink' in it, I was sitting on my walkstool and the camera was on a tripod. I could sense people peering over my shoulder. When I looked at them they asked what I was photographing, was it some rare plant or something. When I told them I was photographing drips they seemed surprised :)

I did get side tracked a bit with the insects and flowers too

Hampshire Holiday Post 02 - An Impresionistic View of the Garden

The garden at Uppark House was a breath of fresh air, if you will pardon the pun. Sue and I have not been going out like most of you I expect and to be away and in the open, somewhere different was a real treat.

Being with friends to brought its own joy.

Anyway, I have not been focusing on my creative photography just of late and this was a real chance to do some.

Most of the images are multiple exposure in the camera and then processed in Lightroom and Photoshop. A few images I was using a conventional Canon 25-105 R Series Lens (My normal 'go to lens') the others I used the Lensbaby Composer with Sweet 50 Optic with in camera ME. Plus some with Intensional Camera Movement

Hampshire Holiday Post 01 - Uppark House

A few of us from the Cambridge Camera Club visited Hampshire last week. This is the first of the posts from that trip. Uppark House is a National Trust Property. Due to covid a lot of the house was not accessible and they did not allow photography inside. Shame as it was quite interesting. Anyway we did enjoy walking around the house and also the gardens.

This post is focused on the building

Here we go Again
