My Travels #17 - In and around Butlins

A few photos taken during the 4-day stay in and around Butlins.

The next three photos were taken while I was waiting to everyone else to come out of the swimming pool. This water feature has intrigued me for a while. These photos are a HDR composite with some Photoshop / NIK filters post processing

My Travels #16 - Afternoon on the beach

Sue and myself, along with Ann (Andy's Mum) - the so called 'oldies', escaped from Butlins one sunny afternoon and went for a walk on the beach. The sea was quite a way out and we soon discovered that you could sink to your knees in 'quicksand'. When this happened to Sue I was elsewhere taking a panorama of the bay so missed it photographically :(

My Travels #15 - Butlins
