We visited Sheringham for our family trip away at Christmas this year. This was the day after the North Sea Surge. The promenade was closed when I went for my early morning photo-walk but was opened by the time we got back there mid morning. The sea was still very rough and debris was everywhere. There were some beach huts totally destroyed and all were damaged to some extent.

It was a very, very early start for the exclusive train day trip to Carlisle (back in February). Fine dining and a chance to spend some time...
Great photos. Such a shame for the owners of the beach huts. Im sure it was only a couple of years ago that they were destroyed last time.
