I decided to update my compact camera. I had a Canon G10. On looking round I decided that I wanted all the functionality of the G10 but with a smaller size so I could easily pop it into my pocket. I eventually bought a Sony RX100. Its a great little camera - lots to learn on how to use it. These are the first few shots I took immediately after charging the battery. I still favour my DSLR Canon 7D but its size is sometimes a problem, plus the extra lenses etc.
