Last Friday I travelled to Wrest Park (An English Heritage Site) with Sue and friends from the Cambridge Camera Club. Colour Confidence where running a 1 day Creative Masterclass Workshop focusing around good lighting (natural and Flash and good colour management)
The lectures where given by Ross Grieve and Kevin Wilson. For the practical side there were two models, Alice and Kyren. This blog (First of two) are images of Alice.
For the practical we split into two groups.
It was a good day, the cost was minimal, which is good, the speakers where great, the models very good. Plus the lunch was exceptional.
My only complaint of the day is that there were two many photographers with only two groups, some of whom were quite pushy and kept butting in in front of other people and not waiting a turn.
The first picture shows the group. It was in as a reflection in one of the glorious mirrors. This shows, I guess, less than half the photographers in my group.
I soon gave up trying to compete with the horde and took photos from 'different angles'.
Good fun though - Great Location. Thank you Colour Confidence.
