Easter Egg Hunt at Wimpole Hall

Off to Wimpole hall on Good Friday for an Easter Egg Hunt. We have been going to Wimpole Hall since our kids were little, the youngest is now '30Something' and we have never been in the Walled Garden. What a lovely area, lots of wild flowers and so peaceful. Must go back again.

We have also never been in the house either so that's another 'must do' - My Friend Chris Fell went to the house over Easter and he has posted some great picture  Click Here to see his blog.

These next three photos where taken with my cameras HDR mode using three images which I combined useing NIK HDR Software. The interesting bit here is that the photos were taken at ISO128000 -

Two versions of the same photo, the first has been Sepia Toned in NIK Silver Effects Pro and the second a mono conversion again in NIK Silver Effects Pro.

This next photo was again taken with my cameras HDR mode, this time the ISO was at 2500. However this HDR combined image is from my camera and NOT post processed with NIK HDR Software

While we were in the walled garden I thought about taking two shots, one in focus and one out of focus. These were post processed in Photoshop as separate layers with the blending mode of the out of focus layer set to Lighten. The third one of the sequence had a Monochrom Luminosity Layer added - I prefer the previous colour version.

Into the cafe for a drink and a bun.
