We visited Sheringham for our family trip away at Christmas this year. This was the day after the North Sea Surge. The promenade was closed when I went for my early morning photo-walk but was opened by the time we got back there mid morning. The sea was still very rough and debris was everywhere. There were some beach huts totally destroyed and all were damaged to some extent.
