Ely Street Photography

Popped to Ely today to

1. Have a bit of exercise in the sun shine and

2. To have another go at street photography with the Fuji X100V.

So this time the images where not showing signs of camera movement which is a good step forward having set the shutter speed to 1/250th. Not many people about but I did find 'some' interesting street scenes But the image I was most pleased with was of a shadow of me. What more can I say :)

Three out of Four

 Three out of Four

Day one of the big move. Fran and her Family moved in today. They have brought over three out of the four pets that will be staying with us for a few months while the new house is being built.

Here is Dan the Rankin Dragon and the two rabbits, Nilla and Chips.

Pebbles the cat may arrive this evening or tomorrow.

New Years Day Walk

 New Years Day Walk

Staying up till 2:30 was late for me these days. Last night we watched the London Fireworks roll in the new year. Not sure who it was that read the poem but it was very good / moving.

We then switched to iPlayer and watched the new year come in again with Jools' Annual Hootenanny. I don't think I have missed a years performance since it started in 2007

Today we decided to go for an afternoon walk on Magog Downs.
